  • Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers.
  • Usage and analytics — pages visited, browser type, device information, and general interaction patterns to help us improve the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Order fulfillment — processing your orders, coordinating printing and shipping, and providing order status updates.
  • Communication — sending order confirmations, shipping notifications, and responding to support requests.
  • Account management — maintaining your account, order history, and saved preferences.
  • Security — protecting against unauthorized access, fraud, and other malicious activity.
  • Improvement — analyzing usage patterns to improve our products, services, and user experience.

3. Third-Party Services

  • Stripe — handles all payment processing. Your payment data is sent directly to Stripe and is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Print fulfillment partners — we share your shipping address and uploaded files with our professional printing partners solely to produce and deliver your order.
  • Cloud storage — your uploaded files are stored on secure, encrypted cloud infrastructure.
  • Analytics — we may use analytics services to understand how visitors interact with our site. These services collect anonymized usage data.

4. Cookies and Tracking

Inktura uses cookies for:

  • Authentication — keeping you signed in securely across sessions.
  • Cart persistence — remembering items in your shopping cart.

Uploaded files are retained for the duration needed to fulfill your order and for a reasonable period afterward to support reprints or customer service inquiries. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your personal information.
