We stand behind every order. If the print quality doesn't match what you ordered, contact us at support@inktura.com within 14 days and we'll reprint it or issue a full refund.
What file formats do you accept?
PDF is our preferred format for the best results. We also accept PNG and TIFF files. All files must be at least 300 DPI to ensure sharp, professional output.
Do you offer proofs before printing?
Yes. After uploading your files, you'll receive a digital proof to review before we send your order to production. This lets you catch any issues before printing begins.
How do I ensure the best print results?
For the best results, design in CMYK color mode at 300+ DPI and include at least 0.125" of bleed on all sides. Submit your files as print-ready PDFs with fonts embedded or outlined.
