1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Inktura ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Notify us immediately at support@inktura.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Orders and Payments

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount.
• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
• Refunds: If there is a defect in printing quality or an error on our part, we will reprint or refund your order. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. We cannot offer refunds for issues caused by customer-supplied files (e.g., low resolution, incorrect dimensions).
• Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before they enter production. Once production has begun, cancellations are not possible.

4. File Uploads

• You retain full ownership of all files you upload to Inktura. By uploading a file, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process the file solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
• You represent that you have the right to use and reproduce all content in your uploaded files, including any logos, images, fonts, or other intellectual property.
• Uploaded files must meet our technical requirements (minimum 300 DPI, supported formats). Files that do not meet requirements may be rejected during validation.
• Prohibited content: You may not upload files containing illegal material, content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights, or material that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Print Fulfillment

• Inktura works with professional printing partners to produce and ship your orders. We coordinate the entire process on your behalf.
• Production timelines: Estimated production times are provided at checkout and vary by product type and quantity. These are estimates and not guarantees.
• Shipping: Shipping times depend on the selected method and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Color accuracy: While we strive for accurate color reproduction, slight variations between screen displays and printed output are inherent to the printing process and are not considered defects.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Inktura platform — including the design, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Inktura or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inktura and its affiliates, partners, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that is harmful to the Service or other users. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not affect any outstanding orders that have already entered production.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
